We don't advise on AI. We install it and run it.
Most AI consultants hand you a strategy deck and leave. Ardn installs the AI Operating System inside your business and operates it on a monthly retainer — so your Marketing, Sales, and Operations functions run with AI leverage every month, not just after an expensive implementation project.
Consulting tells you what to do. We do it.
The managed operations model means you get a functional capability — not a plan, not a tool recommendation, not a report. We operate the system every month and you see the results on the first of every month.

Free assessment. Onboarding sprint. Monthly operations.
Three clear phases. You always know where you are and what comes next.
Free Assessment
1–2 weeks · FreeWe run the Business AI Readiness Assessment across your five assessment dimensions. You answer 15 questions, the server scores your business, and you unlock the full report with your work email. We follow up to walk through the results together, confirm your starting module, and agree on scope.
- · Scored report across 5 dimensions
- · Recommended starting module
- · Retainer tier recommendation
- · Scope and cost proposal
No charge. No commitment.
Onboarding Sprint
30 days · Onboarding feeThe onboarding sprint is where the platform goes live inside your business. We complete the full AI audit, integrate your existing systems, and build the CEO Intelligence Dashboard — the operational nerve centre that shows you real-time KPIs across your business. By the end of Month 1, you have a working dashboard and at least one live automation.
- · Full AI audit documented
- · CEO Intelligence Dashboard live
- · First automation in production
- · Team trained and using it
- · Month 2 retainer pre-loaded
Onboarding fee: $5K–$25K depending on tier. This is the "wow moment" — every client who makes it through Month 1 renews.
Monthly Managed Operations
Month 2 onwards · Monthly retainerEvery month follows the same four-week cadence — the same shape, the same deliverables, the same accountability. We operate whichever AI modules are active for your business, report on what they produced, and pre-load the next month. The retainer expands as you add modules.
- · The productized 4-week cadence (see below)
- · Monthly impact report
- · Ongoing automation and optimisation
- · Light team training session
- · Month-ahead pre-planning
The same four weeks. Every month. Every client.
Productized delivery is what makes a managed operations retainer work at scale. The same shape every month means deliverables are predictable, quality is consistent, and the model can serve more clients without breaking.
Align
We open every month the same way: a KPI review and roadmap check-in. What did last month produce? Where did numbers move? What are the priorities for this month? You always know what we're doing and why — no black box.
Activate
Deep work in your active AI modules. We map the next workflow to automate, identify the next campaign to run, or dig into the data that needs attention before Week 3 can ship. The setup week that makes Week 3 fast.
Build & Run
We ship. Automations get deployed, email sequences go live, reports get built, operations get run. This is the week where the ROI shows up in your business. We operate the function — we don't just advise on it.
Train & Report
You get two things: a light training session for your team on what we built this month, and a written monthly impact report — what ran, what it produced in dollar or hour terms, and what's pre-loaded for next month. No guessing whether it worked.
The stack. The partner status. The operator perspective.
We're not generalist AI consultants. We're operators who've run businesses across healthcare, hospitality, and professional services, and who have Google Workspace and Salesforce Premier Partner status. That combination is why our clients call us "the first AI vendor that actually understood my business."
Salesforce & Google Workspace Premier Partner
Half of our ICP pays for Salesforce and doesn't use it. We fix that as part of the engagement — and our partner status means we can. CRM hygiene, automation, and AI enrichment built on the platform they're already paying for.
Operator pedigree across your industry
Healthcare, hospitality, construction, professional services, distribution. Our principals have run businesses in these verticals — which means the discovery call is peer-to-peer, not vendor-to-buyer. We know what a $30M services company's P&L actually looks like.
A lean, high-leverage delivery model
We're deliberately not a 200-person consulting firm. Our pod model keeps margins high and accountability tight — one senior Ardn partner per engagement, not a rotating cast of analysts. You always know who's accountable.
You work with the founders.
Every engagement is run directly by Deep and Jaimin — not delegated to a project manager you never met. That's the commitment.
Strategic technology executive with 10+ years leading large-scale transformation programs across financial services, consumer markets, and healthcare. Has managed $40M+ client engagements and teams of 30+. Brings the enterprise delivery rigour and the operator credibility to run the conversation at CEO level.
Enterprise systems specialist with a decade of delivery across telecom, professional services, and financial markets. Four advanced platform certifications. Has run offshore delivery teams and shipped automation, integration, and reporting systems that businesses rely on every day.
Common questions before we start.
How involved does my team need to be?
Significant in the assessment phase (we need to understand your workflows). Light during the onboarding sprint (one point of contact). Minimal during monthly operations — we send you a report, you review it, and you tell us if priorities shift. We do the work.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
No. We integrate with what you already have — Salesforce, HubSpot, Xero, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack. We don't require a platform migration. The audit in Month 1 maps exactly what we'll connect to.
What if Month 1 doesn't impress us?
That's what the onboarding fee structure handles. If you're not satisfied with what the first sprint produced, we don't move to a retainer. We've never had this happen — but the model is designed so you see results before the recurring charge begins.
Can we add AI modules over time?
Yes — that's how the model is designed to work. You land on the module with the highest ROI, prove it, and expand. Most clients add a second module in Month 4–6 once they've seen what the first one produces.
What if my team resists the change?
Week 4 of every month includes a team training session. We don't just build the automation — we get your team using it. Adoption is part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.
What happens if we part ways?
You keep everything. The automations, dashboards, integrations, credentials, and documentation all transfer to you. No lock-in. No platform dependency. You own the IP from day one.
