ardn ai (operated by ARDN Cloud Solutions LLC) provides fractional Chief AI Officer services, AI implementation, and the AI Readiness Assessment tool at ardnai.com. Engagement terms for paid services are set out in a separate Master Services Agreement.
2. Assessment Tool
The AI Readiness Assessment is provided free of charge. Results are informational only and do not constitute professional advice. Scores are generated algorithmically based on your responses.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the assessment scoring system
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law
4. Intellectual Property
All content on ardnai.com — including our AI framework, module descriptions, and assessment methodology — is owned by ARDN Cloud Solutions LLC. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ardn ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the assessment tool.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
