Monthly retainer on the 1st
Your monthly retainer starts after the setup sprint. Month-to-month after a 3-month minimum. Cancel with 30 days' notice — you keep everything we've built.

Why a range and not a fixed price?
Because the right scope depends on your business. The assessment tells us how complex your operation is, what systems you're already running, and where the highest-leverage work is. We price inside the range based on that — not a number we made up.
Is setup really free?
Yes — no onboarding fee. The full audit, system integration, and initial dashboard build are covered in the retainer. We don't get paid for setup until the automation is live and working on your real workflows.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes — 3 months. After that, it's month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We've found 3 months is the minimum to see real results from the first piece of automation.
Can I start on Starter and move up?
Yes — and most clients do. We start on the tier that fits your business today. When the first modules are running and you want more, we expand.
Do you work outside Central Florida?
Yes. We're based in Central Florida and prioritize local clients in the first phase, but we work nationally via Zoom. Most of the ongoing work is remote after the initial setup.
What happens to what you've built if I cancel?
You keep everything. Automations, dashboards, credentials, documentation — all yours. There's no dependency on our platform. You own the IP from day one.
